Premium blended Irish whiskey from Clonakilty's Cask Series. A marriage of Clonakilty Single Pot Still and carefully selected Single Grain whiskey, first matured in ex-bourbon barrels and then finished in Port casks from the Douro Valley. Bottled at 43.6% ABV, non-chill filtered. Expect crisp apples and peaches, creamy vanilla, followed by cherries, raisins, soft spices, and a hint of chocolate on the finish.
