32% Caol Ila , matured in a virgin oak cask, with a leading note of campfire smoke.
9% Knockdhu , also from virgin oak, which adds softer notes of vanilla and toffee.
21% Teaninich , matured in a PX puncheon, with stewed fruit notes.
24% Benrinnes , also from a PX puncheon, responsible for deep notes of amarena cherries.
14% North British grain whisky from virgin oak casks, which brings round toffee influences.
Bottled at 46% ABV , without chill filtration and no added colorants, Smokin' Riff retains its full texture and distinct character. The smoke is prominent, but is given a boost by the sweeter and fruitier layers that give the blend depth and tension.
