Founded by Paul den Dulk and Maria Out in 2015, Cley is located in the historic city of Rotterdam and crafts small-batch whisky with an emphasis on local ingredients and artisanal maturation.
⚗️ Production and Philosophy
Cley uses Dutch malted barley, copper pot stills, and matures the whisky in first-fill bourbon casks, finishing it in PX sherry or port casks. Everything is done by hand, from distillation to bottling.
