🕰️ History and Legacy
Founded in 1957 by Chivas Brothers (now part of Pernod Ricard), Glen Keith originally served as a test distillery for new techniques and yeast strains. Reopened in 2013 after modernization, it has since produced an elegant single malt that forms the core of Chivas Regal.
⚗️ Production and Philosophy
The distillery uses modern copper stills and long fermentation, resulting in a light, honeyed spirit. Maturation takes place primarily in bourbon casks, which accentuates the natural fruitiness.
