⚗️ Production and Philosophy
The Macallan uses exceptionally small pot stills, resulting in a rich, concentrated spirit. Maturation takes place primarily in carefully selected Jerez sherry casks, supplemented with ex-bourbon wood. Each cask is individually assessed before bottling.
