Nc'Nean was founded in 2017 by Annabel Thomas with a clear vision: to create modern, environmentally friendly whisky without sacrificing Scottish traditions. Since its first release in 2020, Nc'Nean has won numerous awards for its organic approach and pure style.
⚗️ Production and Philosophy
Entirely organic, using renewable energy sources and local barley. The whisky is slowly distilled in copper pot stills and matured in a combination of bourbon and STR (Shaved, Toasted, Recharred) casks. Everything is bottled without artificial coloring or filtration.
