Highland 10 Year Old – Adelphi

Soft, inviting aromas of dried apricot, cranberry, and date, complemented by a hint of almond. Background notes of pipe tobacco and red fruit create a warm, almost classic whisky nose.

Rich and layered on the palate: think mocha and dark chocolate, followed by a creamy note of coconut. As the flavor develops, ginger, a refreshing hint of peppermint, and a touch of eucalyptus emerge, creating a lovely balance between sweet and spicy.

Medium to long, with lingering notes of cocoa and nuts, accompanied by a fresh, spicy note. The warmth of the Highland malt lingers pleasantly without becoming heavy.
