Claxton's is an independent bottler from the Scottish Lowlands, founded in 2011. From their own warehouse on the Dalswinton Estate near Dumfries, they primarily select and bottle single casks, usually at cask strength, with natural colour and without chill filtration.
Mannochmore is located in Elgin in Speyside, next to sister distillery Glenlossie. Almost all Mannochmore whisky goes into blends, making bottlings like this very rare. This whisky was distilled in 2015 and matured for ten years in an ex-Oloroso sherry cask. 292 bottles were released, bottled at cask strength: 57.3%.
