The Togouchi Sake Cask Finish is a special Japanese blended whisky from the Chugoku Jozo Distillery in Hiroshima Prefecture. What makes this expression unique is its maturation in former sake casks (Sake Cask Finish) , which creates a refined combination of fruity freshness and subtle rice notes characteristic of Japanese sake.

Like all Togouchi whiskies, this blend is matured in Togouchi’s famous old train tunnel , where constant temperature and humidity ensure a slow and balanced development of flavour.
