Japanese blended whisky from Sakurao/Chugoku Jozo, crafted from malt and grain whiskies (primarily Scotch malt and Canadian grain) first matured in bourbon and new American oak, then finished for six months in IPA beer barrels in the famous Togouchi Tunnel near Hiroshima. Bottled at 40% ABV, natural color, and non-chill filtered. Expect crisp white fruit, citrus, light grain notes, and subtle hop bitterness with honey and warm spices on the finish.
