The Indri Distillery is part of Piccadily Distilleries and was founded in 2012. It gained worldwide attention when the Indri Trini was named “World's Best Whisky” by the WWA in 2023.
⚗️ Production and Philosophy
Distilled in copper pot stills using 6-row Indian barley, it is matured in bourbon, wine, and sherry casks. The high temperatures accelerate the maturation process, resulting in rich, concentrated flavors.
