Torabhaig is located on the beautiful Isle of Skye, off Scotland's west coast. The distillery is housed in a restored 19th-century farmhouse overlooking the Sound of Sleat.
🕰️ History and Legacy
Founded in 2017 by Mossburn Distillers, Torabhaig is only the second legal distillery on Skye—after Talisker. It combines traditional methods with a modern interpretation of Island whisky.
⚗️ Production and Philosophy
Torabhaig uses peated malt and water from the Allt Breach burn. Distillation takes place slowly to create a deep, smoky, yet balanced spirit. Everything is done by hand in small batches.
