Fresh and light, with citrus notes of orange and lemon that slowly give way to honey, almond croissants, and a hint of freshly cut flowers. The sherry influence is evident, yet remains light and inviting.
On the palate, a lovely blend of salted pear and preserved apple, supported by white herbs and a soft sweetness reminiscent of marzipan. The texture is creamy yet playful, with a delicate tension between fruit, sweetness, and spice.
Fresh and lively, with fruity notes again, complemented by spicy, slightly warm spices. The sherry note subtly lingers, giving the finish an elegant length.
