Roasted hazelnut and almond, orange peel and marmalade, dried apricot and raisin. Honey, beeswax, and a subtle, brothy umami characteristic of Benrinnes, framed by dry oak and a hint of tobacco.
Rich and full-bodied. Toffee on toast, dates, sultanas, and candied citrus. Then spiciness: ginger, white pepper, and a hint of clove. Nutty dry with an elegant salty edge from the Amontillado.
Long, warm and increasingly dry: walnut, cocoa, orange bitters and a touch of oak charcoal as you would expect from Raw Cask.
