A Speyside with a festive edge: to celebrate 30 Years of Blackadder, Blackadder bottled this Benrinnes straight from a first-fill Amontillado hogshead. The Raw Cask philosophy means no frills: no coloring, no chill filtration, and even a pinch of cask dust in the bottle. The result is a full-bodied, textured whisky in which the nutty, dry character of Amontillado plays beautifully with the robust, slightly meaty house profile of Benrinnes.
