The nose is very good - there's a lot of sherry in it, but I also taste a buttery cake - biscuit - with a deep note of cream toffee.
The taste is pleasant. There is more cream toffee in it and the alcohol gives a pleasant burn. The end has almost a spicy chili-like hint, but that quickly fades.
The heat of the alcohol lingers, but in a pleasant way. There is also a hint of the toffee creams.
