The Clonakilty Single Pot Still is the flagship whiskey from the Clonakilty Distillery in County Cork, Ireland. Triple distilled in copper pot stills from barley grown on the Scully family farm on the Atlantic coast, and matured close to the sea. Pot still from ex-bourbon casks, partly finished in Oloroso and Amontillado sherry casks, bottled at 46%. Classic Irish single pot still character: creamy malt sweetness, orchard fruit, and warm spiciness, with a fresh, slightly saline undertone.
