The Isle of Raasay Dùn Cana Third Edition is a characterful island whisky in which peated and unpeated spirit come together. The whisky was first matured in American rye whiskey casks and then underwent a second maturation in small Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry quarter casks. This combination creates a beautiful interplay between spice, sherry influences, and subtle smoke.

Bottled at a robust 52%, Dùn Cana retains plenty of intensity and texture. The combination of rye, sherry, and light peat gives it a distinct character in which sweet, spicy, and savory sides alternate.
