This Auchroisk 2013 comes from the Periodical series by North Star Spirits, the independent bottler from Glasgow. Distilled in 2013 and matured for 11 years in a red wine barrique, bottled at 50% — non-chill filtered and without added colour. Auchroisk is a nutty, biscuity Speysider; the red wine cask adds bright fruit richness with raspberry, citrus, and praline. Offered in a 50cl format.
