Founded in 2016 by Iain Croucher, a former employee of Morrison Bowmore Distillers, his vision: to bottle whisky with soul, character, and courage. North Star distinguishes itself through modern design, honest communication, and exceptional cask selections.
⚗️ Selection & Production
North Star works exclusively with single casks and small batches, usually at cask strength and always without colouring or filtering.
The bottler focuses not only on Scottish distilleries, but also on rum, bourbon and world whiskies — each with a unique expression per release.
