This Highland Park 30 Years Old from The Kinship series (Hunter Laing / Laing family) is a rare Orkney single malt with the mature character that only comes with long aging. Highland Park is known for its unique combination of heather honey sweetness, subtle peat smoke, and spicy depth — and at 30 years old, that profile becomes beautifully integrated. Expect layers of honey, orange peel, raisins/dried apricot, a gentle smokiness in the background, and a refined, polished wood structure. At 43.1%, it is elegant and very drinkable, yet still rich enough to explore slowly. Limited to 439 bottles (this is bottle 205 of 439) and selected by Stewart Laing.
