Old Perth was conceived in the early 20th century by Peter Thomson in Perth and was once considered one of the finest blends. The brand fell into oblivion until Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers — a family business with roots dating back to 1895 — revitalised it in 2013 as a range of blended malts.
⚗️ Selection & Production
Old Perth combines carefully selected single malts from pedigree Speyside distilleries, with a distinct preference for sherry casks (including Oloroso and PX). The whiskies are typically non-chill filtered and natural colour, ranging from accessible core expressions to older cask strength editions.
