Founded in 2005 by Anthony Wills with the vision of producing whisky entirely in one place: from barley cultivation to bottling, Kilchoman has since gained international recognition as a symbol of craftsmanship and transparency.
⚗️ Production and Philosophy
Kilchoman grows its own barley, malts on traditional floors, distills in small copper stills, and matures the whisky on-site. The whisky matures in bourbon and sherry casks, emphasizing freshness and balance in peat expression.
