Fresh and refined, with ripe pear, green apple, and lemon zest. Vanilla and soft honey follow, along with light floral notes and freshly cut grass. The first-fill bourbon cask brings a lovely layer of vanilla fudge and subtle coconut.
Powerful and creamy, with juicy orchard fruit, vanilla and sweet barley malt. Yellow apple and pear give way to honey, citrus and a hint of coconut. The high cask strength then brings out white pepper and warm oak, without overpowering the elegant fruity character.
Long, warming and slightly dry. Vanilla, sweet malt and citrus linger, followed by peppery spices and a delicate touch of oak.
