This single malt has been fully matured for 12 years in Oloroso sherry butts , selected by spirits curator Felix Dear, and bottled in small batches at 45.3% ABV . Expect a classic sherry bomb with sun-dried fruit, spicy fruitcake, honey toast, brown sugar, orange, and dark chocolate .
