This Càrn Mòr Strictly Limited Craigellachie 2010 is a 12 year old Speyside single malt , first matured in bourbon casks and then finished for a further 24 months in French oak puncheons containing first Cognac and then Guyanese pot still rum .
The result is a full-bodied, oily Craigellachie with notes of roasted coffee, hazelnut, and tropical fruits like pineapple, mango, and banana. Bottled at 47.5% ABV, natural color , and non-chill filtered , in a limited edition of only 1,358 bottles .
