The Morrison family has been involved in the whisky world since 1895 and has deep roots in the Scottish industry (former owners of Bowmore Distillery).
Càrn Mòr was created to give whisky lovers direct access to unique, honest expressions from Scottish distilleries — no unnecessary marketing, just craftsmanship in the glass.
⚗️ Selection & Production
All bottlings are non-chill filtered and natural color. Selection is based on cask quality, not brand recognition.
Càrn Mòr works with three main lines:
Strictly Limited – small batch bottlings of 2–5 casks.
Celebration of the Cask – single cask, often at cask strength.
Family Reserve – exclusive releases from special barrels.
