Sea salt with roasted orange peel, lime marmalade with strawberry syrup and old fashioned coal bunkers/kits. Give it a few minutes and the combination of preserved fruit and sea influences becomes a delicious mix.
Puffed barley with white chocolate, rice flan with preserved fruit with Chantilly cream covering and Viennetta ice cream with chocolate. But also jute with burnt heather and more light smoky influences. A bonbon with a lot of taste.
Friendly but flavoursome, with the light peat smoke combining wonderfully with salty influences and oak.
