A soft salty touch opens the whole, followed by notes of dates and ripe banana. With a drop of water, a sweeter profile develops, in which popcorn and freshly cut grass emerge.
Round and accessible, with candied fruit and a slightly vegetal undertone that provides extra depth. After adding water, the palate becomes softer and sweeter, with caramel and juicy sultanas.
Friendly and gradual, with subtle spices such as star anise and vanilla. With water, the finish remains soft, with a light, pleasant warmth that lingers for a while.
