Fresh and lightly malty, with yellow fruit, vanilla and a hint of honey. Behind that, citrus, some spiciness and a subtle mineral smokiness appear, as if there's some peat smoke hanging along the coast in the distance.
Full and characterful with malt, orange, honey and soft toffee. Cinnamon and nutmeg provide warmth, while a light peaty smoke and salty, maritime notes provide that recognisable Springbank character.
Medium to long, lightly drying and pleasantly saline. Malty sweetness, soft spices and a slight smokiness linger beautifully.
