Founded in 1828 by Archibald Mitchell, and still independent and family-owned today, Springbank is one of the few distilleries that handles the entire process—from malting to bottling—in-house.

Traditional floor maltings, triple distillation, and maturation in bourbon and sherry casks. The distillery produces three styles: Springbank (lightly peated), Longrow (heavily peated), and Hazelburn (unpeated).
