A lightly peated French single malt from the Bache-Gabrielsen cognac house. Made from 100% French barley, double distilled in Charentais alembics and matured in two types of old cognac casks. With 35 parts per million peat, 46% alcohol, non-chill filtered, and uncolored. Expect soft smoke, roasted nuts, stone fruit, and a hint of acacia honey.
