Fresh and expressive, with notes of orange glaze and rum-raisin ice cream. Salty caramel and lemon curd are followed by orange blossom, wine gums, and a slight spiciness of pencil shavings. In the background, fresh accents of lemon thyme and powdery lemonade.
Rich and slightly dry at the start, with a clear oak influence that quickly transitions into macadamia nuts and fresh citrus acidity. Notes of nutmeg, peach, and crème de cacao are complemented by vanilla and a subtle tingle of Szechuan pepper.
Initially dry, after which the mid-palate develops into riper fruit and a gentle sweetness. The finish remains lively with a fresh, slightly tingling acidity that lingers beautifully.
