Clean, coastal, and deliciously fresh: lemon zest, sea salt, and green apple, supported by sweet malt and vanilla pod from the bourbon barrel. A soft thread of peat smoke weaves through it – more driftwood than campfire.
Lively and well-textured. Sweet malt and citrus brightness begin: lemon curd, pear drops, and vanilla fudge. Then, a hint of peppery oak and soft maritime smoke. With time in the glass, creamy malt, salted caramel, and a hint of grilled pineapple emerge.
Medium to long, slightly drying with notes of sea spray, white pepper, and vanilla cream. A lingering note of smoked lemon peel and malted barley elegantly rounds it off.
