Rich and intense, with a combination of mint, campfire smoke, and salty influences. Notes of salted peanut ice cream, sun-dried tomato, and umami-like accents such as teriyaki and soy sauce give it a savory character. In the background, nutty notes and a full, almost oily sweetness.
Powerful and smoky, with notes of tar, rope, and smoked bacon. Sweeter elements of peanut brittle and sticky ribs are complemented by red fruits such as plum and cherry. Halfway through, a mineral, almost chalky note develops with a meaty edge.
Long and maritime, with influences of sea air and breaking waves. Woodfire, hearth smoke and a subtle hint of cigar boxes linger, providing a warm, robust finish.
