Salty and smoky: beach campfire, slightly medicinal peat, sea salt, and wet seaweed. Underneath, honey, citrus (lemon/grapefruit), and a hint of vanilla and spice.
Full and powerful due to its cask strength: driftwood smoke, grilled scallops, sea salt, and sea breeze notes combine with tropical fruit, caramel, and a spicy, malty core. A drop of water opens up more sweetness and slightly spicy oak.
Long and warming with lingering peat smoke, salinity, dried herbs and a hint of sweet oak.
