Round and full, yet very approachable. Think pancakes with maple syrup, soft toffee, fudge, and a light spice (cinnamon, nutmeg). The grain component creates a creamy texture, with a hint of sea salt from the aging on Terschelling in the background.
Medium long, warm and sweet: brown sugar, pecans, light oak and a pleasant lingering trace of maple syrup.
