Wagging Finger "Edition 2" is a combination of the already proven "Pale Ale&Chocolate Malt" distillate and a "Lightly Peated" variant. Matured on respectively a small 60L ex. Glenglassaugh cask and a 130L ex. Bourbon cask. The ratio is about 1/3-2/3 and it is bottled at 50.3% vol.
It has become a special whisky in which the Pale Ale & Chocolate Malt mix remains nicely upright next to the lightly peated malt. The latter comes through in a completely different way than we are used to from Scotland. It may sound very strange in Whisky terms, but think of heavy Caroni Rum from Trinidad.
The wood maturation has left beautiful traces, creating a delicious colour and a nice spicy undertone.
