Almond butter on toast. Blackberries and summer berries. Ginger snaps, light spices, and a hint of vanilla.

Sultanas and red currants. Caramelized nuts, praline, and soft vanilla toffee. Dried fruit, light spice, and a touch of licorice.

Redcurrant jelly & dark chocolate. Cinnamon, oak, and a slightly "grippy" edge from the wine barrels.
