Deep sherry aromas: milk chocolate, soft caramel, raisins and figs, with vanilla, walnut and a hint of dark oak underneath.
Full and silky smooth (thanks to the corn): toffee, fudge, honey, and thick raisin syrup, complemented by dried dates, orange zest, and a hint of mocha. A few drops of water bring out extra caramel cream and an almost custard-like texture.
Long and warming: dark chocolate, brown sugar, spicy oak and raisins linger for a long time – a true dessert dram.
